Professor of history and humanities receives Teaching Excellence Award

Associate Professor of History and 人文学科, Jack Nawrocik, has received the St. Philip’s 大学 Teaching Excellence Award. The Teaching Excellence program is an opportunity to recognize individuals for their contributions to the college through excellence as educators.

Jack Nawrocik holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Music from St. Mary’s University and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Texas at 圣安东尼奥. His latest endeavor was the completion of a Master of Arts in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Gratz 大学. For over twenty years, Nawrocik has been involved and dedicated to a career in higher education. He has taught both pre-and post-secondary students in History, 人文学科, 及跨学科研究. Nawrocik has also developed college-level academic curricula and programs, 设计远程学习课程, presented innovative methods of technology use in traditional classroom settings.
